Amir Kfir, who is working with us, has been running the very successful international YPO FORUM training programs for the past 23 years, helping CEOs connect at a deeper level. In his work Amir has witnessed first-hand how the FORUM process can be a valuable platform for CEOs to create and develop awareness and allowing for deep learning which leads to a drive for action. 

FORUM is a valuable set of practices, that was developed back in the ‘70s by a group of CEOs within the Young Presidents Organization (YPO) in North Carolina to serve as an antidote to the isolation felt by their CEOs. The FORUM process can also be be used to create fast integration within organizations, break silos, and most importantly, helps to develop authentic leadership.
