About
A peer community for life science leaders, run by a small team that cares about the quality of the conversation.
Our mission
The decisions that define a company, such as when to raise, who to hire, when to pivot and when to walk away, rarely have a playbook. The people best placed to help are other leaders who have faced the same decision, and they are usually too busy to be found.
LifeScience ORG makes those peers easy to find. We build the rooms, the formats and the habits that turn a directory of busy people into a community that actually helps.
What we do
01
We bring small, carefully composed groups together, in person and online, around the questions that keep leaders up at night.
02
We make the introductions that matter, pairing people with the peers, advisers and partners most likely to help with the problem in front of them.
03
Everything we host, record or publish passes one test: will it help a leader decide something this month?
How we work
01
Candour
We would rather host an honest conversation than a polished presentation. The useful part is usually the part nobody would put on a slide.
02
Confidentiality
Sessions run under the Chatham House Rule unless we say otherwise. What is learned can travel; who said it stays in the room.
03
Independence
No format is for sale. Partners can support the community, but they do not decide who is in the room or what is discussed.
04
Generosity
Everyone who comes is expected to give as well as take. We design every format so that giving is easy and visible.
