CEO of Sensorion, a French biotechnology company developing treatments for hearing loss, from 2017 to 2026. Nawal led it through nine years of financing cycles, including a €60 million placement anchored by Sanofi in January 2026. Before Sensorion she spent close to two decades in leadership roles at GE, Baxter/Baxalta and Shire. She is a non-executive director of the Lundbeck Foundation and Croda International.
