We have seen first hand in our small operation how Claude can transform workflows, create efficiencies and free people's time, so they can work on things that really move the needle.
This is hands-on, three-hour working session on using Claude as an operational tool in your day to day workflows.
This is not an AI overview - during the session everyone works inside their own Claude account for the full three hours, progressing through five distinct levels of AI adeptness. The focus is operational: using Claude as a disciplined, independent thought partner for strategy, decisions, analysis, and communication. There will be technical assistants on hand throughout, so no one gets left behind.
In the session, you'll learn how to:
Personalize Claude to your role, company, and priorities so it works as a critical thought partner - not a sycophant
Pressure-test assumptions, surface blind spots, to help you reach stronger decisions faster
Turn rough ideas into clear plans, analyses, and board-ready communications and artifacts
Automate recurring work with Claude's skills and projects
Put your own data to work with Claude's analysis capabilities
See how you can leverage Claude Cowork - agentic AI - in action, including scheduled tasks
You'll leave with:
A practical, repeatable approach for using Claude as a leadership tool - with at least one use case you can put to work the next day, without anyone's help
Clarity on where Claude genuinely helps, and where your judgment must stay central
A clear-eyed view of agentic AI (Cowork) and what adopting it responsibly requires
Gen AI Academy (www.genaiacademy.ai) has trained more than 150 biotech CEOs across the United States and Europe - and, in many cases, their executive teams and workforces - and provides ongoing AI training at one of the world's largest life science corporations.
Before the session, please complete these steps:
Have a paid Claude account - at minimum the Claude Pro plan (see claude.com/pricing). If you're on a personal rather than Team/Enterprise plan, we'll cover the privacy settings to adjust at the start of the session.
Set up your screens: ideally one large screen with multiple windows, or two screens, so you can follow the workshop, work in Claude, and get help from technical assistants.
Go easy on heavy Claude use right before the session - usage limits apply, and you'll want full capacity.
Enable Connectors if your company's policy allows - especially email and calendar, which we use in hands-on exercises. If not, you'll still see live demos and gain the concepts.
Keep your camera on. It makes the session far more interactive and helps our team see where people need support
